Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll make it right!
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned.
